Warranty
Scent and Soap products are guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defect for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. With this guarantee, the only obligation of Scent and Soap will be to replace the product recognized as defective by its own means, except for damages or compensation of any kind. The shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by Scent and Soap
We remind you that Scent and Soap products must be kept away from humidity, excessively high temperatures or excessive exposure to bright light. Consequently, products that have not been stored in the conditions described above will be excluded from the warranty.

6. PRICES

We reserve the right to charge for the order from the moment it is received.
The sales prices indicated on our Website include VAT.
Shipping service fees are not included in the product prices. Shipping service fees are the Customer's responsibility and will be added to the total price of the selected products. You will be informed of these fees before confirming your order and completing the ordering process.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we are committed to applying the current rates indicated on the portal at the time the Customer places their order.
7. AVAILABILITY
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to inform you of the timeframe within which we will be able to ship your product(s). If you are not willing to wait, you may request a refund of the amount you paid for that item.
If any of the products in your order are unavailable once invoiced, we undertake to send the Customer the available products and will refund the unavailable product.
8. PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
Scent and Soap offers the following payment methods to the Client:
Visa, MasterCard.
If the purchase was made by a final consumer or a business, the corresponding invoice will be issued. Both will include a breakdown of the Value Added Tax and shipping costs.
9. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We will send the Customer's products to the delivery address provided on their personal data form.
On the Website, specifically in the shopping cart, the shipping cost amount is indicated before the purchase is made.
We will deliver the product once we have verified that the payment has been successfully processed.
We understand hours and days as working hours and days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If, for any reason attributable toScent and Soap, this deadline is exceeded, we will notify the Client of the incident and propose alternative solutions.
The Customer agrees to ensure that they or another designated person are present at the indicated address to receive the package. 10. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products offered by Scent and Soap are guaranteed. We promise to replace them with a new one or issue a refund if any of our products are defective within 30 days of delivery. In this case, all costs of returning the product and shipping the new one will be borne by Scent and Soap.
11. THE RIGHT TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
Scent and Soap offers a flexible return policy. Therefore, even if the products purchased by the Customer are received in perfect condition, if the Customer is not satisfied with any of them, they may exchange or return them. In the event of a return, the Customer will receive a refund of the price of the products within 30 day of receipt by Scent and Soap. If the Customer wishes to exchange them, they must pay the difference if the price of the returned product is lower than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is worth more than the new one, Scent and Soap. will refund the difference within the following 30 days. In all cases, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the order.
Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. If the product is wrapped in paper, the paper must not have been opened.
The products must not have been used.
